Over this weekend, The Project on the Foundations of Private Law held a very successful conference at Harvard Law School on the interface between private law and IP. We were delighted to host some of the leading experts in the field who presented deeply intellectual work on a variety of issues ranging from licenses to standards, remedies, and prizes. The different perspectives on fundamental aspects of IP law made a very stimulating discussion.
The papers presented in this conference will be published in a special edition of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. The Program itself, as well as the list of speakers, commentators, and moderators, can be found here: Private Law and IP Conference. Professor Rebecca Tushnet live-blogged the event on her excellent blog — 43(B).
